The inspiration for The Long Game came from my time at DraftKings, where I led Corporate Development & Strategy and played a key role in developing the operating system that supported the company’s explosive growth—10x in revenue and headcount during my tenure.

Earlier in my career, I co-founded PowerForward, a B2B leadership development platform in partnership with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and legendary Duke men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski (Coach K). I took that idea from paper to launch, eventually partnering with Cornerstone OnDemand to scale distribution and impact.

I started my career at Bain & Company, advising on private equity deals, pricing strategies, and corporate strategy. I hold an A.B. from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
